Hi. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I was hoping to get it done the week of the 20th February. Also, I do not have any documentation regarding the insulation of the attic, or my new heating system that I put in two years ago.
Both of these things were done by qualified contractors, but I didn't ask for any documents at the time.
So, my question is can the surveyor do a BER on the house without these and do the survey as he/she sees the house as it is?
