Thank you for your email, our price would be 750.00 euros inclusive of VAT to produce a Provisional BER Calculation which includes the following documents


DEAP Dwelling Report ( required by the local Authority at commencement stage)
DEAP Part L Specification Report ( required by the local Authority)

Our own Energy Design Specification outlining how all performance figures required in the building elements will be achieved, Ventilation, Heating System, Renewable Energy contributions.

A full set of PDF Drawings and a set of Drawings in DWG Format would be required.


Payment of the fees are due on booking.

Fees do not include Final BER when construction is complete

We take your drawings and design everything to comply with TGDL 2019 and give you a simple easy to follow document to follow in respect of floors, walls, roof, window U Values and how to achieve them, we set the minimum requirements for ventilation and airtightness, Specification for the heating system and renewable technology. Basically we give you the specifications to follow so that you meet Part L. We also make ourselves available for for some consultancy during project.
